How do you book?

Four simple steps and your pet is in good hands.

  1. Find your sitter

    Enter a city, your dates and the service you need. See prices, reviews and profiles from verified sitters.

    Searching is free

  2. Send your request

    Create a profile for your pet and tell the sitter what they need to know. You can ask more than one, and each has 24 hours to reply.

    Each request places a hold on the amount.

  3. It's a match!

    As soon as a sitter accepts, the booking is confirmed and you are charged. Any other requests are cancelled automatically.

    The hold on every other request is released.

  4. Time for the stay

    Your sitter looks after your pet and sends photos while you're away. And if your plans change? You can cancel and get your money back, depending on the cancellation policy.

    You can cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund.
